We will achieve this by:

  • 30 Opportunities and 20 meetings - monthly.

  • £20 Million pipeline.

  • Sell from the Series & Editions.

  • grow the client facing team.

  • recruit experience.

  • implement DOCK COCOS.

Capitalising on our IP

We will capitalise on our IP by:

  • Selling from Series & Editions.

  • Selling from our Inventory.

  • Making the work we want to make.

  • Saying 'no' at the right times.

  • Maximising the Value and minimising the Hassle.

Driving Performance

We will drive and improve our performance by:

  • Applying the Value Hassle Curve (VHC).

  • Have 3P's for each project (Positioning, Profit, Prestige).

  • A live, active Risks and Issues log.

  • A project dashboard which will be the lens we look at all our projects through.

  • Train and support our PMs to manage projects to achieve the right results (3ps).

  • Work on less things.

  • Concentrate our efforts on finishing projects before starting others.
